At enewton, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging is included to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry in its original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
